Delete your account

You can delete your Liftrung account inside the app at any time.

In the app

1. Open Liftrung and go to Settings.
2. Under App, find your account and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm twice. Deleting cannot be undone.
4. Sign in once more (Apple, Google or your email code) to prove it is you.

What is deleted

• Deleted: your Liftrung account and its records on our server. You are signed out everywhere.
• Not deleted: workouts, food logs, measurements and Apple Health data stored on your phone. To erase those too, go to Settings → Export my data and erase all data, or delete the app.
• Subscriptions are separate. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Cannot open the app?

Email hello@liftrung.com from the address you signed in with, and ask us to delete your account. We reply within 48 hours. For data held by our payment and analytics providers, the same email works.
